unless a longer retention period is required by law. Typically:
- Enquiries: up to 12 months
- Clients: for the duration of our engagement and a reasonable period afterwards (e.g. 6 years for contracts, accounting, or legal requirements)

We may share your information with trusted service providers (such as email or IT support providers) who help us deliver our services, but only where necessary and under confidentiality agreements.
